摘要
试验旨在评价黑水虻幼虫转化猪粪后的虫体及残渣作为蛋鸡饲养中动物性饲料添加剂的可行性。按照每1 000 kg新鲜猪粪表面接种1 000~1 200只4日龄黑水虻幼虫,用黑水虻幼虫转化猪粪至预蛹期,将虫体和剩余残渣混合物即生物转化混合物(BFM)烘干粉碎并检测其营养成分;将216只270日龄的京红褐蛋鸡随机分为3组,每组3个重复,每个重复24只。对照组蛋鸡饲喂基础日粮,各试验组分别在基础日粮中添加5%、15%、25%的BFM。试验期8周。结果显示,1 000 kg含水量约77%的猪粪经黑水虻幼虫生物转化后再烘干粉碎,剩余168 kg(含水量86 g/kg)生物转化混合物的干物质。BFM营养成分分析表明,BFM中粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗纤维、钙含量分别为205、46、131、26 g/kg,维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6含量分别为30.4、30.2、230.2 mg/kg,含有丰富的微量元素和必需氨基酸。试验组1蛋鸡的产蛋率最高,为85.7%,平均蛋重随BFM添加量的增加而提高。添加BFM对蛋鸡蛋黄重、蛋白重、蛋形指数和蛋壳厚度具有显著影响(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验组2蛋鸡血清总蛋白(TP)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著提高(P<0.05);试验组2和试验组3血清总胆固醇(TC)含量显著降低(P<0.05),总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)和谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量显著提高(P<0.05);试验组1和试验组2过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性显著提高(P<0.05);各试验组丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。研究表明,BFM可以作为动物性饲料添加剂在蛋鸡饲养中应用,适宜添加量为15%。
The purpose of the experiment was to study the feasibility of using the larvae and residues of Hermetia illucens transformed into pig dung as animal feed additives for laying hens.A total of 1000-1200 four-day-old Hermetia illucens were inoculated on surface of 10o kg of fresh pig manure,and the mixture of the worm body and the remaining residue(BFM)was dried and crushed,and its nutritional components were detected.A total of 216270-day-old Beijing Red Brown laying hens were randomly divided into three groups,with three replicates in each group and 24 chickens in each replicate.The laying hens in control group were fed with a basic diet,and each experimental group added 5%,15%and 25%BFM to the basic diet.The experimental period was 8 w.The results showed that 1000 kg of pig manure with a water content of about 77%was dried and crushed after biotransformation by Hermetia illucens larvae,leaving 168 kg(water content 86 g/kg)of dry matter of biotransformation mixture.BFM nutritional analysis showed that the content of crude protein,crude fat,crude fiber and calcium of BFM were 205,46,131 and 26 g/kg,respectively,while the content of VB1,VB2 and VB3 were 30.4,30.2 and 230.2 mg/kg,respectively,which were rich in trace elements and essential amino acids.The laying rate of group 1 was the highest,at 85.7%,and the average egg weight increased with the increase of BFM addition.The addition of BFM has a significant impact on egg yolk weight,protein weight,egg shape index,and eggshell thickness.Compared with control group,the serum TP content and SOD activity of group 2 were significantly increased(P<0.05).The TC content in group 2 and group 3 was significantly reduced(P<0.05),while the T-AOC and GSH content were significantly increased(P<0.05).The activity of CAT in group 1 and group 2 significantly increased(P<0.05),the content of MDA in each experimental group significantly decreased(P<0.05).The study indicates that BFM can used as an animal feed additive in laying hens,with a suitable addition amount of 15%.
