方差分解法下农药中氨基甲酸酯含量对果树幼苗虫食率的影响

摘要 分析农药中氨基甲酸酯含量对果树幼苗虫食率的影响。采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)找出每立方米农药的使用浓度与幼苗虫食率相应关系,应用方差分解法,结合虫食率对农药中氨基甲酸酯含量的依赖性进行定量的分析。结果表明,在氨基甲酸酯浓度为0.51~1.39 ug/m L时,果树幼苗的变异系数为0.5~6.23,在氨基甲酸酯浓度大于1.39 ug/m L时,变异系数为4.64;氨基甲酸酯含量对虫食率的影响有一定的滞后作用,大约在1.5 ug/m L左右,农药中氨基甲酸酯含量对虫食率产生影响较为稳定,即果树幼苗应用农药助剂最佳比例。 To analyze the effect of carbamate content in pesticides on the insect eating rate of fruit tree seedlings high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was used to find out the relationship between the pesticide concentration per cubic meter and the insect feeding rate of seedlings,and the variance decomposition method was used to quantitatively analyze the dependence of carbamate content in pesticides combined with insect feeding rate.when the carbamate concentration is 0.51~1.39 ug/m L,the coefficient of variation of fruit tree seedlings is 0.5~6.23,and when the carbamate concentration is more than 1.39 ug/m L,the coefficient of variation is 4.64;the influence of carbamate content on insect feeding rate is about 1.5 ug/m L,and the influence of carbamate content on insect feeding rate is relatively stable The defense ability is strong.
