摘要
目的:探讨医学生个体因素和高等教育因素是如何影响医学生的专业认同水平的。方法:对问卷调研数据进行因子分析和相关性分析。结果:性别、年级、学校和家庭背景对医学生的专业认同水平有显著影响;专业教学、思政教育和医疗实习也具有显著影响。所以专业认同教育既要针对每个学生的特点,也要与校园文化和专业教育相协同。
Objective:To explore how individual and higher education factors influence medical students'level of professional identity.METHODS:Factor analysis and correlation analysis were conducted on the questionnaire research data.RESULTS:Gender,grade,school and family background had significant effects on medical students'professional identity level;professional teaching,ideological education and medical internship also had significant effects.Therefore,professional identity education should be tailored to the characteristics of each student as well as synergistic with campus culture and professional education.
