裂褶菌对生附子减毒增效作用的研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文以裂褶菌(Schizophyllum commne)为菌种,系统研究了生附子固体发酵炮制的工艺,并通过动物实验对发酵产物进行了毒性评价。结果表明,生物转化后的制附子中有毒成分双酯型生物碱含量降至0.0009%,远低于《中华人民共和国药典(2020版)》规定的0.020%;其有效成分单酯型生物碱含量增加至0.0325%,远高于《中华人民共和国药典(2020版)》规定的0.010%。生附子和市售药用制附子能够引起动物俯卧不动、体重减轻等反应,且生附子可以引起动物死亡。发酵后的附子组动物未发现上述毒性症状,行为学观察及体重指标与正常对照组相比未见明显差异。 In this paper,we systematically studied the process of solid fermentation and concoction of Fuzi using Schizophyllum commne as the strain,and evaluated the toxicity and safety of the fermentation products through animal experiments.The results of the study show that the content of diester-type alkaloids in the biotransformed Fuzi decreased to 0.0009%,which is much lower than the 0.020%of the 2020 Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China;The content of monoester-type alkaloids increased to 0.0325%,which is much higher than the 0.010%of the 2020 Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China.The raw and commercially available medicinal Fuzi are able to induce responses such as prone immobility and weight loss in animals,and the raw Fuzi could cause death in animals.No such toxicity symptoms are observed in the fermented Fuzi group,and no significant differences are observed in behavioural observations and body weight indicators compared to the normal control group.
