摘要
高校教学质量关系学生成长和社会进步。完善优化高校教学质量监控体系不仅对高等教育高质量发展具有积极作用,更能体现高校人才培养的负责任行为。文章针对当前我国应用型本科高校教学质量监控体系存在的重监督轻控制、重教师轻学生、重定性轻定量、重理论轻实践、重结果轻反馈等突出问题,采取客观态度,从监控并重、以学生为中心、量化标准、完善监控机制、强化反馈体系等方面探讨优化应用型本科高校教学质量体系策略,以提升人才培养能力和质量。
The quality of teaching in universities is related to the growth of students and social progress.Improving and optimizing the monitoring system for teaching quality in universities not only has a positive impact on the high-quality development of higher education,but also reflects the responsible behavior of talent cultivation in universities.The article takes an objective attitude towards the prominent problems in the current teaching quality monitoring system of applied undergraduate universities in China,such as valuing supervision over control,valuing teachers over students,valuing qualitative over quantitative,valuing theory over practice,and valuing results over feedback.It explores strategies for optimizing the teaching quality system of applied-oriented undergraduate universities from the perspectives of equal emphasis on monitoring,student-centered,quantitative standards,improving monitoring mechanisms,and strengthening feedback systems,to enhance the ability and quality of talent cultivation.
