摘要
随着新经济的发展,快递行业也从高速发展转向高质量发展阶段。共同配送旨在采用联合运输的方式减少各快递企业单独运输导致的资源重复浪费问题。各个快递企业面临着市场化整合升级的考验,对共同配送解决方案的需求愈加迫切。本文提出了基于共同配送的城市快递优化方案,建立了在容量约束条件下的多层级共同配送中心选址和路径规划问题整数规划模型,主要包涵城市快递共同配送网点的选址方法和共同配送优化路径选择,并根据选址和路径规划问题设计了求解模型的算法,利用实例进行了对比和分析,验证了模型和算法的可行性,为合理规划城市快递配送方案提供了有效的依据。
In recent years,with the development of the new economy,the express delivery industry has shifted from high-speed development to high-quality development stage.The purpose of joint distribution is to reduce the repeated waste of resources caused by the separate transportation of express enterprises by means of joint transportation.With the rapid development of Chinas express industry,various express enterprises are facing the test of market-oriented integration and upgrading.And the demand for joint distribution solutions is becoming more and more urgent.Therefore,this paper puts forward the optimization scheme of urban express distribution based on joint distribution,establishes the mixed integer programming model of joint distribution location path problem with capacity constraints,designs a three-stage algorithm to solve the model,mainly including the location method of urban express company distribution center and the optimization scheme of joint distribution path,and compares and analyzes it with an example.The feasibility of the model and algorithm are verified,which provides an effective basis for the rational planning of urban express distribution scheme.
