摘要
国内外的实践已证明,城市共同配送是缓解交通、治理环境的最有效办法之一。共同配送体系的建立,不仅仅是多个参与主体间的资源共享、协同工作,还涉及到不同层次节点的布局及配送线路优化等方面的问题。在对石家庄城市配送现状调查基础上,给出一个两层共同配送体系框架,并采用模糊评价法对城区现有配送中心进行了测算,分析了配送中心与节点间的线路选择问题,以便为城市共同配送实施主体提供决策参考。
The urban joint distribution is one of the most effective methods to relieve the traffic,environment. This has been proved by foreign and domestic practice. The establishment of joint distribution system is not only the resource sharing and collaborative work between participating subjects,also involves problems of node layout in different levels and distribution route optimization. Based on the investigation about the Shijiazhuang urban distribution situation,propose a two-layer joint distribution system framework,calculate the existing distribution centers in urban areas with the fuzzy evaluation method,and analyze the route selection problem between the distribution center and the nodes,so as to provide decision-making reference for the main implementer of the urban joint distribution.
