高校课程结构存在的问题及其优化路径选择--基于“双一流”高校人才培养方案的分析

摘要 课程是高校人才培养的核心要素,高校课程结构的科学与否直接关系到人才培养质量的高低和人才培养目标的实现程度。通过对7所“世界一流大学”建设高校各专业不同类型和不同层次课程所占的学分比重进行统计,发现我国高校课程结构存在通识课程公共基础化、实践课程形式化、选修课程必修化等问题。为了能更好地提升人才培养质量,高校课程结构可以从增加公共基础课程的通识性、提高实践课程组织管理水平、坚守选修课程设置的初衷等方面探索其优化路径。 The curriculum is the core element of talent training in universities.Whether or not the structure of curriculum is scientific directly affects the quality of talent training and the realization of its objectives.Through the statistics of proportions of the different types and levels of courses in seven“985 Projects”universities,it is found that there are problems such as the public basicization of general education courses,the formalization of practical courses,and the compulsion of the optional courses.In order to better improve the quality of talent training,the curriculum structure of universities should explore its optimized paths from aspects of increasing the general knowledge of public basic courses,improving the supervision and management level of practical teaching,and adhering to the original intention of optional courses.
