摘要
本论文以某高校高分子材料专业为例,分析学生专业转出的原因,探索了导师制、小班授课和专业博士兼职辅导员的多渠道搭建师生交流纽带。该举措的实施有效地提高了学生对专业的亲和力和认可度,也加深了学生对专业的认识和理解,扭转了学生大面积转专业的现象。专业转出学生人数常年维持在0.5%~2.5%的较低水平,而转入学生人数比例维持在2.5%的较高水平,本专业已实现了连续三年学生人数净转入,为维持专业办学规模,确保专业的可持续、平稳发展均具有重要意义。
This paper takes the polymer material major of one university as an example to analyze the reasons for students' major transfer out,explore the multi-channel of tutorial system,small class teaching and professional doctoral part-time counselors to build a teacher-student communication link.The implementation of these measure has effectively improved the affinity and recognition of the major,deepened students' understanding of the major,and reversed the phenomenon of students changing majors.The number of students who transfer out of the major has remained at a low level of 0.5%~2.5%,while the number of students who transfer in has remained at a high level of 2.5%.The major has achieved a net transfer of students for three consecutive years.It is of great significance to maintain the scale of the major and ensure the sustainable and stable development of the major.
