摘要
推进学生个性化与特长发展,就要打破传统专业固化现状,放开高校专业选择权,因此,大学生转专业政策受到了社会的广泛关注。齐鲁工业大学材料学院实施转专业政策后,许多学生选择到了喜欢的专业,但是,也出现了一些新专业不适应性案例。文章通过转专业政策宣传、专业认知、专业适应性及学生专业背景等调研与研究,有针对性地提出了完善转专业制度、规范考核机制、建设转专业配套制度等建议,推动转专业工作的健康发展。
In order to promote the development of undergraduates’interests and specialties,it is necessary to break professional restriction and allow the profession choice.Therefore,the policy for major-transfer in domestic universities and colleges has been concerned by society.Recently,Many students have entered the preferred major after the implement of the policy in school of materials science and engineering,university,Qilu university of technology.However,there are some cases of professional inadaptability problems in the operation.The situations of the policy publicity,professional cognition,professional adaptability and professional background were surveyed in this work,respectively.Based on the analysis of the current problems,the suggestions that the improvement of the policy of major-transfer,specifying the evaluating system and the construction of supporting system were proposed,which can make the major-transfer develop soundly.
