摘要
目的探讨早产儿呼吸窘迫综合征采用肺表面活性物质、咖啡因二者联合方案治疗的效果。方法方便选取2019年1月—2022年6月扬州市妇幼保健院收治早产呼吸窘迫综合征患儿83例作为研究对象,按照出生时间分为对照组(2019年1月—2020年12月出生,41例)与观察组(2021年1月—2022年6月出生,42例)。对照组治疗方案为单用牛肺表面活性物质,观察组治疗方案为牛肺表面活性物质联合咖啡因,观察比较两组早产儿治疗效果、临床指标、血气指标及炎症指标。结果观察组早产儿治疗总有效率为97.62%高于对照组的78.05%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.766,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组早产儿pH、PaO_(2)、BE均高于对照组,PaCO_(2)、FiO_(2)均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组早产儿治疗后炎症指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床治疗早产儿呼吸窘迫综合征,可用肺表面活性物质、咖啡因二者联合方案,能够改善血气指标,消除炎症。
Objective To investigate the effect of pulmonary surfactant combined with caffeine in the treatment of respiratory distress syndrome in premature infants.Methods 83 children with premature respiratory distress syndrome admitted to Yangzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2019 to June 2022 were selected conveniently as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group(41 cases born from January 2019 to December 2020)and an observation group(42 cases born from January 2021 to June 2022)based on their birth time.The treatment plan for the control group was to use bovine lung surfactant alone,while the treatment plan for the observation group was to use bovine lung surfactant in combination with caffeine.Observe and compare the treatment efficacy,clinical indicators,blood gas indicators,and inflammatory indicators between two groups of premature infants.Results The total effective rate of treatment for premature infants in the observation group was 97.62%,which was higher than 78.05% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.766,P<0.05).After treatment,the pH,PaO_(2),and BE of premature infants in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while PaCO_(2) and FiO_(2) were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the inflammatory indicators of premature infants in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of respiratory distress syndrome in premature infants,the combination of pulmonary surfactant and caffeine can be used,which can improve blood gas indicators,eliminate inflammation.
