摘要
为解决普速铁路运输组织管理中存在的问题,降低人员工作强度,提高车站的效能,进而达到减员增效的目的,对普速铁路调度集中(Centralized Traffic Control,CTC)系统展开研究,从系统框架、操作方式、硬件结构以及软件架构优化和调整传统CTC系统,设计提出了基于区域集控模式下的普速铁路CTC系统。该系统可实现阶段计划、命令调度、集控台计划管理以及预告等功能,可提高资源的利用率和铁路运输效率.
In order to solve the problems existing in the transportation organization and management of the ordinary speed railway,reduce the work intensity of personnel,improve the efficiency of the station,and achieve the purpose of reducing staff and increasing efficiency,the Centralized Traffic Control(CTC)system of the ordinary speed railway is studied,and the traditional CTC system is optimized and adjusted from the system framework,operation mode,hardware structure,and software architecture,and the CTC system of the ordinary speed railway based on the regional centralized control mode is designed and proposed,The system can realize the functions of stage planning,command scheduling,centralized control console plan management,advance notice,etc.It can improve the utilization rate of resources,railway transportation efficiency.
