多系统数据融合的智能调度集中系统方案研究 被引量:12

摘要 智能调度集中系统,是既有调度集中系统(CTC)引入“智能化”理念的升级。为了更好地开展智能CTC,提出多数据融合的智能CTC整体方案,对智能CTC1.0系统的功能及特征进行描述,明确智能CTC1.0需具备智能调整、多数据融合、列车安全卡控多样化等特征,讨论CTC对外与多系统数据融合的框架结构及数据融合处理原则,设计多调度区段下的智能调整策略结构,对数据融合的信息按分类和用途进行科学地划分。通过京张高铁的成功应用表明:多系统数据融合的智能CTC整体方案结构基本满足现场的需求;融合了其他系统数据的智能CTC系统,可提高运输调度指挥的效率和安全性;跨台智能调整策略、新接口数据融合挖掘处理方面是下一步智能CTC的提升方向。 Intelligent Centralized Traffic Control system is an upgrade of the existing Centralized Traffic Control system(CTC)by introducing the concept of"intelligence".In order to develop intelligent CTC more effectively,an overall scheme of intelligent CTC with multi-data fusion is proposed and the functions and features of the intelligent CTC1.0 system are defined.This paper clarifies that intelligent CTC1.0 system should be equipped with intelligent adjustment,multi-data fusion,inspection of train safety and other characteristics,and discusses the framework structure and data fusion processing principles of CTC and multi-system.An intelligent adjustment strategy structure with multi-scheduling sections is designed,and scientific segmentation of information processed by data fusion is fulfilled based on classification and filtering.The successful application of Beijing-Zhangjiakou High-speed Railway shows that the overall structure of intelligent CTC with multi-system data fusion basically meets the requirements,the intelligent CTC can improve the efficiency and safety of railway transportation,and strategies adjustment in multi-scheduling sections and new interface data fusion need to be stressed in future development of intelligent CTC.
