乙酰半胱氨酸联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗支气管肺炎患儿的效果 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察乙酰半胱氨酸联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗支气管肺炎患儿的效果。方法:回顾性分析2021年12月至2022年9月新郑市公立人民医院收治的82例支气管肺炎患儿的临床资料,按照治疗方法不同将其分为对照组和观察组各41例。两组均给予综合治疗,在此基础上,对照组给予布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合乙酰半胱氨酸雾化吸入治疗,比较两组临床疗效、临床症状消失时间、住院时间、治疗前后炎性指标[降钙素原(PCT)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)]水平、肺功能指标[一秒率(FEV1/FVC)、肺活量(VC)、呼气峰值流量(PEF)]水平及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为92.68%,高于对照组的73.13%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组咳嗽、发热、气促、肺部湿啰音消失时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组PCT、TNF-α、IL-6水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组FEV1/FVC、VC、PEF水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:乙酰半胱氨酸联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗支气管肺炎患儿,可提高临床疗效,缩短临床症状消失时间和住院时间,减轻机体炎症反应,增强肺功能,其效果优于单纯布地奈德治疗。 Objective:To observe effects of Acetylcysteine combined with Budesonide aerosol inhalation in treatment of children with bronchopneumonia.Methods:The clinical data of 82 children with bronchopneumonia admitted to this hospital from December 2021 to September 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,41 cases in each.Both groups were given comprehensive treatment.On this basis,the control group was treated with Budesonide aerosol inhalation,while the observation group was treated with Acetylcysteine aerosol inhalation on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the disappearance time of clinical symptoms and length of stay,the levels of inflammatory indexes[procalcitonin(PCT),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)],the lung function index levels[one second rate(FEV1/FVC),vital capacity(VC),peak expiratory flow(PEF)],and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.68%,which was higher than 73.13%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of cough,fever,shortness of breath,lung moist rale and the hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of PCT,TNF-αand IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of FEV1/FVC,VC and PEF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Acetylcysteine combined with Budesonide inhalation in the treatment of the children with bronchopneumonia can i
