摘要
利用国家知识产权局专利检索及分析系统和智慧芽(Patsnap)全球专利数据库分析平台,从专利数量类(专利申请量、授权量、授权率、增长率、申请趋势、专利类型、专利法律状态)、质量类(IPC分类、热门技术主题、重点研发方向)和价值类(专利发明人、专利市场价值)三个评价指标角度对云南农业大学1985—2022年申请的专利数据进行深入挖掘和可视化分析,揭示云南农业大学专利发展现状和科技创新能力,为提升其自主创新能力、进行专利布局提供数据参考。
This paper uses the patent retrieval and analysis system of the China National Intellectual Property Administration and the global patent database analysis platform of Patsnap,conducts in-depth mining and visual analysis of the patent data applied by Yunnan Agricultural University from 1985 to 2022,from three evaluation indicators,such as the number category of patents(number of patent applications,number of authorization,authorization rate,growth rate,application trend,patent type,patent legal status),the quality category(IPC classification,popular technology theme,key research and development direction)and value category(patent inventor,patent market value).It reveals the current situation of patent development and scientific and technological innovation capacity of Yunnan Agricultural University,and provides data reference for improving its independent innovation ability and carrying out patent layout.
