基于专利信息视角的高校科技创新能力分析——以安徽省为例 被引量:2

摘要 科技创新是现代大学的职能之一,也是高校核心竞争力的重要体现,而最能代表机构科技创新能力的当属专利权的拥有情况。文章对安徽省高校2001年至2012年的专利信息深入调查,从高校专利的数量质量、实施与合作能力及分布等进行统计学分析,探讨安徽省高校专利信息现状,并进一步分析科技创新能力方面所具有的固有优势与存在的问题,给出对策建议。 The technological innovation,which is one of modern university’s functions,is the core competence of university. The possession of patent rights can best represent the technological innovation ability of the institution. We researched about the public patent information from the State Intellectual Property Office website and CNIPR of the colleges and universities in Anhui from 2001 to 2012. We carried on the statistical analysis on patent quantity and quanlity,patent enforcement ability,patent cooperation ability and patent technology field distribution of the colleges and universities. We also analyzed the inherent advantage and the existing problems in technology innovation ability of the colleges and universities in this area and proposed the countermeasure and the suggestions.
