摘要
发展党员工作是党的建设中一项经常性的重要工作,也是保证新生党员质量的"入口关"。青年学生作为国家的希望、民族的未来,理应成为重点的发展对象。重视共青团员中发展党员工作,符合党建科学化的目标追求,有利于保持党员队伍的蓬勃生机,有利于不断增强党的活力与战斗力。文章对历年共青团员中发展党员的基本情况进行统计学分析,深入研究当前共青团员中发展党员工作存在的主要问题及原因,并提出有针对性的解决措施,有助于不断提高党的建设科学化水平。
Recruiting new members of CCP, the regular important work in the building of CCP, is a pass of ensuring that excellent ones in league members can be developed into new CCP members. As the hope of our country and the future of our nation, the youths are supposed to be the key newwould-be members of CCP. Stressing the work of developing league members into full members of CCP agrees with the goal pursuit of Party building, helping not only keep the party staffs energetic and active, but make CCP vital and effective.This paper makes a of the basic situation of developing league members into full members of CCP in the past, explores the problems or troubles in this work, and puts forwards relevant countermeasures, which can be helpful in improving the building of CCP.
