中职管理者对心理健康教育的认知与评价:调研证据 被引量:3

摘要 为全面了解和改善我国中职学校心理健康教育状况,对中职管理者心理健康教育的认知与评价进行了问卷调查。调研数据覆盖我国21个省市495名管理者。结果表明:①在整体层面上,72.9%的管理者对学校目前心理健康教育工作感到满意,62.2%认为当前学校心理健康教育工作尚存在不足,亟待完善。②在具体层面上,就工作意识而言,83.6%的管理者认为目前学校的心理健康教育体现了职业教育的特点;就基本状况而言,91.3%的管理者认为学校已将心理健康教育课程设置为必修课;在制度建设上,97.7%的管理者认为学校已制定具体的制度;在专兼职教师要求上,91.6%的管理者认为学校已配备了专职心理健康教师,69.5%认为学校有兼职心理健康教师;在信息化能力上,74.9%的管理者认为学校已设置网络心理健康教育平台。③管理者的心理健康教育工作意识、工作状况、制度建设、专兼职教师胜任力和信息化能力均存在显著区别。未来中职管理者应牢固树立心理健康教育意识,精细把握心理健康教育工作状况,规范设置心理健康教育制度,有效提高专兼职教师胜任力,持续增强心理健康教育信息化能力,从而全面提升自己的心理健康教育领导力。 To fully comprehend and improve the situation of mental health education in secondary vocational schools in China,a questionnaire survey on the perception and evaluation of mental health education for secondary school administrators was conducted.495 administrators from 21 provinces were involved in this study.The findings indicate that:①Overall,72.9%of administrators were satisfied with the work being done in terms of mental health education in schools,while 62.2%believed that the work is still insufficient and needs to be improved;②Specifically,in terms of work awareness,83.6%thought that the current mental health education in schools reflected the characteristics of vocational education;in terms of the basic situation,91.3%thought that schools had set up mental health education courses as compulsory courses;in terms of institutional construction,97.7%thought that specific systems had been set up;in terms of full-time and part-time teacher requirements,91.6%thought that schools were equipped with full-time mental health teachers;in terms of information technology capability,74.9%of administrators said that schools have set up online mental health education platforms;③As determined by the administrators,there were notable variations in the understanding of the role that mental health education plays,the fundamentals of the workplace,the design of the work system,and the competency and information-gathering skills of full-time and part-time teachers.In the future,secondary school mental health education should accurately establish awareness of mental health education,finely grasp the fundamental situation of mental health education,standardize the system of mental health education,professionally improve the competence of full-time and part-time teachers,and continuously enhance the informatization ability of mental health education to improve the leadership of mental health education in secondary schools.
