摘要
为了了解高职院校教育管理者在心理健康教育相关问题上的认识,我们使用自编调查问卷,对北京、江苏等7省市326名高职院校教育管理者进行调查研究,考察他们对心理健康教育工作与心理健康教育师资队伍建设的认知与评价。结果发现,高职院校教育管理者对当前心理健康教育工作比较满意,但各高职院校在具体落实上还存在不足,兼职教师的专业化水平较低,在专职教师的管理上也存在不规范之处。在未来的工作中,高职院校教育管理者应切实履行对心理健康教育的领导责任、建设责任、管理责任和参与责任。
In order to understand the educational administrators’ understanding of the problem related to evaluation of current mental health education in higher vocational college,the present study conducted an investigation among 326 school educational administrators in higher vocational colleges from seven provinces and cities using a self-made questionnaire. The results showed that educational administrators of higher vocational college were generally satisfied with current mental health education. However,the concrete implementation was insufficient,the level of specialization of part-time teaching staff is relatively low,and the management of full-time teachers didn’t conform to specifications. In future work,educational administrators in higher vocational college should fulfill the responsibilities of leadership,construction,administration,and participation in mental health education.
