摘要
以早强型聚醚大单体(605)和丙烯酸(AA)为主要原材料,在氧化还原引发体系下,采用水溶液自由基聚合的方法合成早强型聚羧酸减水剂,测其净浆流动度和早期抗压强度,通过实验选出最优配方。
The early-strength polycarboxylate superplasticizer was synthesized with early-strength polyether macromonomer(605)and acrylic acid(AA)as main raw materials by free radical polymerization in aqueous solution under redox initiation system.The fluidity and early compressive strength of the paste were measured,and the optimal formula was selected through experiments.
