摘要
文中介绍了减水剂、引气剂和憎水剂三种外加剂对混凝土泛碱性能的影响。结果表明:掺入减水剂能改善混凝土的泛碱;引气剂掺量小于0.1%时可以降低混凝土的泛碱;憎水剂对混凝土的一次泛碱作用不明显,能较好地抑制二次泛碱。纳米二氧化硅掺量小于0.2%能显著改善混凝土的一次泛碱,但会加重二次泛碱。通过正交试验分别得出抑制一次泛碱和二次泛碱的最优配合比。
The effects of three admixtures,water reducing agent,air entraining agent and hydrophobic agent,on pan-alkali property of concrete are introduced.The results show that adding water reducing agent can improve the Pan-alkali resistance of concrete;When the dosage of air entraining agent is less than 0.1%,the Pan-alkali content of concrete can be reduced;The hydrophobic agent has no obvious effect on the primary Pan-alkali of concrete and can restrain the secondary Pan-alkali well.When the nano-silica content is less than 0.2%,the primary Pan-alkali of concrete can be significantly improved,but the secondary Pan-alkali can be aggravated.The optimal mix ratio of primary and secondary Pan-alkali inhibition was found by orthogonal test.
