摘要
分析总结目前国内外对早强减水剂领域的研究,选取引入氨基的4000分子量聚醚大单体,与丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸、甲基丙烯磺酸钠在氧化还原体系下进行四元共聚制备了一种新型早强减水剂。通过水泥水化热、胶砂减水率和混凝土各龄期强度评价,与市售常规、早强减水剂对比,制备的早强减水剂在保持较高减水率的前提下能够显著缩短凝结时间,提高混凝土早期强度,且后期强度不降低。
Based on the analysis and summary of precast concrete at home and abroad in the research in the field of early-strength slushing agent for concrete,select the introduction of amino 4000 molecular weight of polyether monomer,and acrylic acid,acrylamide,2-acrylamide-2-methyl propane sulfonic acid,methyl allyl sulfonate quaternary copolymerization as the raw material.For the above material proceed quaternary copolymer under the redox system.Then we get a new type of early-strength slushing agent.With conventional water reducing agent and early-strength slushing agent on sale contrast by cement hydration heat,water reducing rate of mortar and concrete strength at various ages.The water-reducing agent prepared in this study has high water-reducing rate,short setting time,high strength in early stage and no decrease in later stage.
