复合树脂高强纤维夹板前牙修复技术与超强粘接力影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 提出一种新型复合树脂高强纤维牙周夹板的制备,并对制备条件进行优化及对该材料在牙周炎中的应用效果进行研究。结果表明:选择甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为树脂基质稀释剂,预聚合温度为80℃制备的牙周夹板满足临床牙周夹板剪切强度14~21 MPa的要求,树脂基质软硬适中,可操作性较强,方便操作,表现出良好的应用性能。应用效果表明用复合树脂高强纤维材料治疗牙周炎疾病,可很好解决患者的牙龈疼痛出血问题,且口中异味也明显缓解,明显提高了患者的临床治疗自信心,表现出良好的治疗效果。 A new type of composite resin high-strength fiber periodontal splint is proposed The experiment first opti⁃mized the preparation conditions of periodontal splints,and then studied the application effect of this material in periodontitis.The test results show that the periodontal splint prepared with MMA as the resin matrix diluent and the pre polymerization temperature of 80℃meets the requirements of clinical periodontal splint shear strength of 14-21 MPa.The resin matrix is moderate in hardness,strong in operability,easy to operate,and shows good appli⁃cation performance.The practical application results show that using composite resin high-strength fiber materials to treat periodontitis can effectively solve the problem of gingival pain and bleeding in patients,and the odor in the mouth is also significantly alleviated,significantly improving patients'clinical treatment confidence and demon⁃strating good therapeutic effects.
