摘要
分析了纺织复合领域“油改水”过程中,渗透过度是水性聚氨酯黏合剂综合性能不如油性的关键因素。根据辊涂加工工艺的需求特点以及增稠体系增稠效率优选出最适宜辊涂加工的流变组合体系,通过与未优选的流变组合对比流变特性、胶膜本体强度、剥离强度和涂布后布面浆料分布状态,结果表明,优选的低剪流变增稠组合可有效的减少水性黏合剂浆料向纤维内部的渗透,更多的停留在布面表面,提高黏合剂利用率。黏合剂在布面的渗透程度直接影响布面剥离强度,是水性聚氨酯热熔黏合剂加工过程中的关键工艺控制点。
In the process of waterborne polyurethane adhesive replacing oil-based adhesive,penetration is the key factor.The rheology,thickening efficiency and permeability of different thickening systems were compared.The results showed that the low shear thickener is the most suitable rheological system for roll coating process.The adhesive staying on the surface of the fabric is beneficial to improve the utilization of the adhesive,and the composite textile sample has high peel strength.
