摘要
乒乓球体育训练中,球拍的性能对竞技水平的表现影响巨大。粘合剂将球拍橡胶、海绵和底板粘合起来,为击球动作提供足够的弹性,而传统为氯丁胶粘合胶水毒性较大,不满足竞技体育要求。以天然橡胶为基材,通过加入环乙烷有机溶,进行通过不同材料配比获得环保无毒的粘合剂,并通过不同程度机械塑炼,改变分子量,对构性关系进行研究。结果表明:塑炼后的天然橡胶,分子量下降,塑性和溶解度、黏度上升。采用天然橡胶溶液进行乒乓球拍胶板和胶片粘接,增加了球拍弹性,且无毒,环保,性能明显优于传统无机胶水。
In the sports training of table tennis ball,the performance of the racket has a great impact on the performance of the competitive level.The adhesive binds the racket rubber,sponge and bottom plate to provide enough elasticity for the shot,while the traditional cloding glue is more toxic and does not meet the requirements of competitive sports.With natural rubber as the base material,the environment-friendly and non-toxic adhesive is obtained by different material ratios,and he structural relationship is studied through different degrees of mechanical plastic refining to change the molecular weight.The results show that the molecular weight of natural rubber decreases,while the plasticity and solubility,viscosity rise.Using the natural rubber solution for the table tennis racket glue board and film bonding increases the elasticity of the racket,and it is non-toxic environmental protection,and the performance is obviously better than and traditional inorganic glue.
