摘要
宝钢2号高炉大修时对炉型进行了矮胖化设计,缩小了第二代炉役的炉腹角,高径比由2.013缩小至1.945。开炉料熟料率90%,对烧结矿和焦炭提出了高于平时的质量要求,总焦比选择3230kg/t,除去铺底焦和枕木后分14段料装入。开炉采用全开风口、插煤枪方案,点火送风后对加风节奏进行了合理控制,确保了软熔带形成过程中的炉况稳定受控。开炉过程多次发生探尺故障,通过对开炉料紧急确认、减风避让,以及调整布料制度,保证了开炉进程安全有序。送风后21h出第一炉铁,53.7h开始喷煤,喷煤后7天煤比超过150kg/t,人炉总焦比降到350kg/t以下,实现了快速达产。
In revamping of Baosteel's No.2 BF,dumpy type furnace is adopted with the bosh angle reduced in the furnace second-generation campaign,and the height-diameter ratio decreased from 2.013 to 1.945.The grog rate used during blow-on operation is 90%,which means higher quality of sinters and cokes is required.The overall coke rate is selected as 3230kg/t,and the cokes are charged by 14 sections except for the bedding coke and timber sleeper.During blow-on operation,all tuyeres are opened with pulverized coal injection lance inserted,and the blasting pace is controlled adequately,which ensure stable control of furnace condition during formation of cohesive zone.During blow-on,the stock rod fails several times,thus some measures are taken,such as emergency confirmation of the materials to be charged during blow-on oper-ation,blast amount reduction,and adjustment of the distribution system,which help the realization of safe and orderly blow-on process.The first heat is tapped 21h after blasting,pulverized coal injection starts in 53.7h with the coal rate exceeding 150kg/t 7 days after the injection,and the overall coke rate falling to less than 350 kg/t.The furnace achieves rapid designed output fulfillment.
