摘要
结合宝钢高炉炼铁成本与国外高炉炼铁成本比较分析,重点对宝钢高炉炼铁成本优化进行了系统性分析和思考。认为,高炉炼铁成本优化是一项系统工程,需要从高炉建设、生产操作、采购与生产联动、煤气与固废综合利用等环节来综合考虑,才能取得明显成效。
By comparing the blast furnace production cost of Baosteel and foreign companies, a systematic analysis and dis- cussion on optimization of Baosteel＇s ironmaking cost are made in the paper and the author points out optimization of blast fur- nace production cost is a systematic works, which shall be considered comprehensively from the blast furnace construction, operation, procurement and production interlock until comprehensive utilization of gas and solid waste, etc. in order to a- chieve significant results.
