摘要 二十多年来,宝钢炼铁以高炉为中心,经历了学习、跟踪、消化,摸索、创新、发展等阶段,产能逐步扩大、技术水平不断提高。原料混匀矿堆积,厚料层、低硅和高褐铁矿烧结,炼焦配煤,高炉高利用系数、高煤比、长寿命等技术取得了长足的进步,同时,实现了固体废弃物基本零废弃和工业污水零排放,使炼铁整个生产过程向高效、低耗、清洁、环保的方向发展。二十多年的发展和联合重组,宝钢已成为具有年产烧结矿2 885万t、焦炭726万t和铁水2 250万t(铁水产量含浦钢Corex炉),主要经济技术指标达到世界一流的现代化炼铁厂水平。 Taking the blast furnace as its focus, for more than 20 years, the Ironmaking Plant of Baosteel has gone through stages of “learning”, “tracing”, “digestion”, “groping”, “innovation” and “development”. Its production capacity and technology grew steadily. Rapid progress has been made in technologies of blending stack, thick bed, low silicon and high anhydroferrite sintering, coke blending and high productivity, high PCR and long campaign life of the blast furnace. As the plant has achieved the goal of zero discharge of solid waste and industrial wastewater, the whole ironmaking production is striding towards high efficiency, low energy consumption, cleanliness and environmental protection. Having experienced more than 20 years' development and reorganization, Baosteel has become a modernized iron producer with an annual capacity of 28.85 million tons of sinter, 7.26 million tons of coke and 22.50 million tons of hot metal (Pugang Corex output included), its main economic and technological indices hitting the first class.
