摘要
通过对改变碱度试验、Si O2 含量试验、Si O2 与 Mg O含量试验、不同的褐铁矿粒度和熔剂分加等试验的研究和分析 ,优化出了高配比褐铁矿条件下合理的工艺操作参数 ,并找出了高配比褐铁矿下烧结指标的变化规律。试验结果表明 ,褐铁矿粒度对烧结指标的影响比较大。在褐铁矿的上限粒度为 12 mm时 ,不仅可以获得较高的生产率 ,而且烧结矿强度指标完全可以满足高炉的需要。
The suitable process parameters with high ratio of limonite were optimized through studying the separate addition of fluxes, different granulation of limonite, different basicity,silica and MgO content of sinter.We found some changing rules of sinter indexes with high ratio of limonite.The experiment results show that granulation of limonite has a great influence to sinter indexes.When maximum granulation of limonite is 12 mm, not only productivity is high, but also strength of sinter is very good to BF.
