摘要
以2021届本科护理专业学生(本科护生)就业满意度为中介,探讨本科护生就业规划与用人单位护理人才需求之间的关系,探索就业规划在提高本科护生就业需求与用人单位人才需求匹配度中的作用与意义。
With the employment satisfaction of 2021 undergraduate nursing students(undergraduate nursing students)as the intermediary,this paper discusses the relationship between the employment planning of undergraduate nursing students and the needs for nursing personnel of employers,and explores the role and significance of employment planning in improving the matching degree between the employment needs of undergraduate nursing students and the personnel needs of employers.
