摘要
目的编制适合西部地区大学毕业班学生就业压力问卷,为研究大学毕业生压力提供必要的测评工具。方法选取宁夏地区2所综合性院校,对567名毕业生进行自编压力问卷测试,并检验其信、效度。结果该问卷由主观心理体验、就业情绪困扰、生理反应和行为表现4个因子构成,共计26个项目。问卷总体及各因子的重测信度在0.64~0.73之间,内部一致性系数在0.65~0.93之间;问卷与焦虑自评量表(SAS)呈显著正相关,与幸福感指数量表呈显著负相关;找到工作和没找到工作的毕业生就业压力差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论大学毕业班学生就业压力问卷具有较好的信、效度,可以作为普通综合性院校大学毕业生就业压力的测评工具。
Objective To develop the Employment Stress Questionnaire for College Seniors for the west area, and to provide necessary test instrument.Methods About 567 graduates from two universities were chosen to complete the questionnaire. Its reliability and validity were tested. Results The questionnaire consisted of 26 items and reflected 4 factors including emotional distress, subjective mental experience, physiological reactions and behaviors. The test-retest reliability ranged from 0.64 to 0.73 and the internal consistency coefficient ranged from 0.65 to 0.93. The questionnaire was positively correlated to SAS but negatively correlated to the sense of well-being index. There was a significant difference in the employment stress between employed graduates and unemployed ones. Conclusion The questionnaire is a reliable and valid measurement to assess the employment stress of graduates who come from the common universities.
