摘要
创新是第一动力,中国式现代化建设需要创新型人才。探究大学生主动性人格与创新能力与创业能力的关系,对培育新时代创新型人才具有重要意义。本研究通过采用《大学生主动性人格量表》《大学生创新能力问卷》《大学生创业能力问卷》对随机挑选的1035名在校大学生进行调查统计,以探究大学生主动性人格、创新能力与创业能力的关系。得出结论:1.大学生主动人格、创新能力与创业能力呈中等偏上水平;2.大学生主动人格、创新能力与创业能力存在显著正相关关系。3.大学生主动性人格、创新能力对创业能力具有预测作用。研究结果为高校大学生创新创业教育提供了有益的参考。
Innovation is the primary driving force,and Chinese-style modernization requires innovative talents.Exploring the relationship between college students'initiative personality,innovation ability and entrepreneurial ability is of great significance for cultivating innovative talents in the new era.In this study,1035 randomly selected college students were investigated and counted by using questionnaires of The Proactive Personality Inventory for College Students,The Questionnaire on Innovative Skills for College Students,and The Questionnaire on Entrepreneurial Skills for College Students to explore the relationship between college students'initiative personality,innovation ability and entrepreneurial ability.The findings were as follows:1.College students exhibit a moderately high level of proactive personality,innovation ability,and entrepreneurial ability.2.There is a significant positive correlation between proactive personality,innovation ability,and entrepreneurial ability among college students.3.Proactive personality and innovation ability of college students have predictive effects on their entrepreneurial ability.The research results provide a useful reference for college students'innovation and entrepreneurship education.
