思维导图应用于中医护理适宜技术教学的效果分析 被引量:4

Analysis of the Application Effect of Mind Map in the Teaching of Appropriate Nursing Techniques of Traditional Chinese Medicine

摘要 目的探讨思维导图在中医护理适宜技术教学中的应用效果。方法采用随机数字表法,随机抽取2020年于中国医科大学附属第线医院实习的本科护理专业学生60名,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30名。对照组采用常规中医护理适宜技术教学方法,观察组在常规中医护理适宜技术教学方法的基础上采用思维导图教学法,比较2组学生的自主学习能力、创造性倾向能力及实训成绩的差异。结果培训后,观察组学生的自主学习能力得分为(90.66±4.28)分,高于对照组学生的(82.05±1.74)分;创造力倾向得分为(116.82±3.92)分,高于对照组学生的(110.07±4.32)分;观察组学生的技能考核及理论成绩优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论思维导图应用于中医护理适宜技术教学中,有利于提升学生的自主学习能力、创造力倾向及技能掌握水平,教学效果显著优于传统培训教学。 Objective To explore the application effect of mind mapping in the teaching of appropriate nursing techniques of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods Using random table method,60 undergraduate nursing students in The First Hospital of China Medical University in 2020 were randomly selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 students in each group.The control group adopted the conventional nursing appropriate technology of traditional Chinese medicine teaching method,and the observation group adopted the mind mapping teaching method based on the conventional nursing appropriate technology of traditional Chinese medicine teaching method.The two groups of students’independent learning ability,creative tendency ability and practical training performance were compared.Results After training,the independent learning ability of the observation group was(90.66±4.28)points,which was higher than that of the control group(82.05±1.74)points.The score of creativity tendency was(116.82±3.92),which was higher than that of the control group(110.07±4.32).The students in the observation group were better than those in the control group in skill examination and theory,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of mind mapping in the teaching of appropriate techniques of traditional Chinese medicine nursing is beneficial to the improvement of students’independent learning ability,creativity tendency and skill mastery level,and the teaching effect is significantly better than the traditional training teaching.
