摘要
该文以山东省市级青少年体校反兴奋剂工作开展现状为研究对象,利用互联网数据分析、现场调查、电话访谈等研究方法,通过对所研究的市级青少年体校反兴奋剂工作开展情况进行调查和研究,归案和分析青少年体校反兴奋剂工作开展过程中所遇到的难点、困境及原因,并提出合理化的改进建议、解决方法、措施及对策,从而推进青少年体校反兴奋剂工作的开展,进一步提升青少年运动员反兴奋剂意识和能力,保证兴奋剂问题“零出现”,建设坚实的市级青少年体校反兴奋剂工作体系。
Taking the present situation of the development of anti-doping work in municipal youth sports schools in Shandong Province as the research object,using Internet data analysis,field investigation,telephone interview and other research methods,through the investigation and research of the development of studied anti-doping work in municipal youth sports schools,this paper summarizes and analyzes the difficulties,dilemmas and causes in the development of anti-doping work in youth sports schools,and puts forward reasonable improvement suggestions,solutions,measures and countermeasures,so as to promote the development of anti-doping work in youth sports schools,further improve young athletes'awareness and ability of anti-doping,and ensure"zero occurrence"of doping problem,and build a solid anti-doping work system in municipal youth sports schools.
