三级公立医院绩效考核满意度提升的新实践 被引量:2

摘要 满意度评价是国家三级公立医院绩效考核体系中的重要评价指标之一,主要包括患者满意度与员工满意度两个方面。在2019年度的公立医院绩效考核中,中山大学肿瘤防治中心总分为845.4分,在47家参评肿瘤专科医院中排名第三,获评A等级,其中在医患满意度方面的提升尤为显著。其主要是围绕“以人为本”作为工作开展的出发点,包括通过“事业引人、平台育人、待遇留人、文化聚人”四个方面提升职工的满意度,打造中国医疗机构最佳雇主的品牌效应;针对肿瘤专科医院人流量大、诊治涉及学科多、治疗周期长、复诊复查频率高的特点,通过不断提升诊疗水平、优化就医流程、给予人文关怀等举措,提升患者的满意度,将医院打造成医者的从业殿堂、员工的精神家园、患者的生命绿洲。 Satisfaction evaluation is one of the important evaluation indicators in the performance evaluation system of national grade-three public hospitals,which mainly includes patient satisfaction and employee satisfaction.In the performance assessment of pub lic hospitals in 2019,the total score of Cancer Prevention and Treatment Center of Sun Yat-sen University was 845.4 points,ranking the third among 47 participating tumor specialized hospitals and receiving A grade,among which the improvement in the satisfaction of doctors and patients was particularly significant.It mainly focuses on the"people-orientation"as the starting point of the work,including the four aspects of"career atraction,platform education,reward retention and culture gathering"to improve the satisfaction of the staff,and build the brand effect of the best medical institution in China.In view of the characteristics of tumor hospital,such as large flow of people,diagnosis and treatment of multiple disciplines,long-cycle treatment,and high frequency of return visit and review,the hospital wil be built into the temple of practitioners,the spiritual home of employees,and the oasis of patients life by improving patients satisfaction through continuous improvement of diagnosis and treatment,optimization of medicai procedures,humanistic care and other measures.
