摘要
目的:了解医务人员的工作满意度现况及其影响因素,据此提出相应的干预策略。方法:采用方便抽样的方法,问卷调查404名医务人员。结果:医务人员的工作满意度水平较低,尤其在操作程序和报酬上的满意度水平更低;其影响因素包括一般社会人口学特征(年龄、性别、婚姻、是否有孩子、受教育程度等)、工作特征(工作年限、岗位、职称、领导职务等)、性格特征(A型性格、自我效能)、工作环境特征(组织支持)等四个方面。结论:被调查医务人员的工作满意度水平较低,应针对重点人群进行有效干预。
Objectives: To find out the status of medical staff' s working satisfaction and its causes and to propose appropriate countermeasures. Methods: 404 medical staffs in tertiary were selected to have questionnaire survey. Results: Medical staff' s working satisfaction is low, especially in working process and compensation. Main influences include general socio-demographie characteristics (such as age, gender, marriage, child and education background), character (such as A type character, self-efficacy), working characteristics (working years, post, title and headship) and working environment (organizational supports). Conclusions: Medical staff' s working satisfaction is low and intervention should be implemented. C
