摘要
目的 对比在内痔疾病治疗中内镜下内痔套扎和传统肛门镜下内痔套扎的术后疼痛评分及出血情况。方法 选取于2021年10月-2022年8月在医院中接受治疗的80例内痔患者,随机分组法,每组40例。传统肛门镜下内痔套扎术治疗法用于对照组,内镜下内痔套扎术治疗法用于观察组。结果 治疗前,两组疼痛度评分对比无差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组疼痛度评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组出血量对比无差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组出血量低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,两组水肿及创面评分对比无差异(P>0.05);干预后,观察组水肿及创面评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在内痔疾病治疗中内镜下内痔套扎术所取得的治疗效果明显好于传统肛门镜下内痔套扎术治疗法,有助于缓解患者的疼痛感,降低出血量,提升疾病临床治疗效果。
Objective To compare the postoperative pain score and bleeding situation of endoscopic internal hemorrhoids ligation and traditional anal endoscopic internal hemorrhoids ligation in the treatment of internal hemorrhoid disease.Methods 80 internal hemorrhoids treated in hospitals from October 2021 to August 2022 were 40.Traditional anal oscopy was used in the control group and endoscopic hemoridectomy was used in the observation group.Results No pain scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the observation group was lower than the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no difference between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the observed group was lower than in the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in edema and wound scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the edema and wound scores were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The endoscopic internal hemorrhoid ligation effect is significantly better than the traditional endoscopic internal hemorrhoid ligation method,which helps to relieve the pain feeling,reduce the amount of bleeding and improve the clinical treatment effect of the disease.
