摘要
目的探讨自动痔疮套扎术痔上黏膜多平面套扎法治疗混合痔伴直肠黏膜脱垂的临床效果.方法选取我院(2016年1月至2018年1月)收治的混合痔伴直肠黏膜脱垂患者84例分为两组,观察组(n=42)给予自动痔疮套扎术痔上黏膜多平面套扎法治疗,对照组(n=42)给予痔上黏膜环切术治疗,对比两组患者治疗相关指标[术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间、住院费用]和术后并发症发生率以及疾病治愈率.结果观察组患者术中出血量、住院费用明显低于对照组,手术时间、住院时间明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者术后并发症发生率23.81%明显低于对照组42.86%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组患者疾病治愈率对比97.62%vs85.71%差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论自动痔疮套扎术痔上黏膜多平面套扎法能有效降低术后并发症发生率,提高治疗效果,分析与多平面和错层套扎,多方位、多部位提升肛垫,解决单一套扎效果差的问题有关.
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of automatic hemorrhoid ligation on mixed hemorrhoids with rectal mucosal prolapse. Methods 84 cases of mixed hemorrhoids with rectal mucosal prolapse in our hospital (January 2016-January 2018) were divided into two groups. The observation group (n=42) was treated with automatic hemorrhoids ligation and the control group (n=42) was treated with hemorrhoids mucosal circumcision. The related indexes of the two groups were compared[intraoperative bleeding volume, operation time, hospitalization time, hospitalization fee]. The incidence of complications and the cure rate of the disease were compared. Results The blood volume and hospitalization expenses of the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the operation time and hospitalization time were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P< 0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 23.81%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (42.86%, P< 0.05). The cure rate of the two groups was 97.62% vs 85.71%, and the difference was significant (P< 0.05). Conclusion Automated hemorrhoid ligation can effectively reduce the incidence of complications and improve the therapeutic effect. This paper analyzed the relationship between multi-plane and staggered ligation, multi-position and multi-position lifting of anal cushion, and solving the problem of poor effect of single ligation.
