摘要
目的观察自动弹力线痔疮套扎吻合器治疗低位带蒂直肠良性息肉的临床效果。方法选取我院2017年1月至2019年3月收治的60例低位带蒂直肠良性息肉患者作为研究对象,根据手术方式不同将其分为观察组和对照组,各30例。观察组采用自动弹力线痔疮套扎吻合器治疗,对照组采用常规经肛门镜结扎、切除、电灼等方式治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的手术时间>30 min及并发症(出血>5 mL)的发生率均低于对照组,手术完成率高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后3、6个月,观察组的电子肠镜复查复发率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后3、7 d,观察组的VAS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自动弹力线痔疮套扎吻合器治疗低位带蒂直肠良性息肉效果显著,具有手术时间短、术中出血量少,操作简单,并发症发生率低等优势,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of automatic elastic thread hemorrhoid stapler in the treatment of low rectal benign polyp with pedicle.Methods From January 2017 to March 2019,60 patients with low rectal benign polyp with pedicle admitted in our hospital were selected as the study objects.According to the different surgical methods,the patients were divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with automatic elastic thread hemorrhoids stapler,while the control group was treated with routine ligation,resection and electric cauterization through anoscope.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rates of operation time>30 minutes and complications(bleeding>5 mL)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the operation completion rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 3 and 6 months after operation,the recurrence rate of reexamination by electronic colonoscopy in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 3 and 7 days after operation,the VAS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The automatic elastic thread hemorrhoid stapler has a significant effect in the treatment of low rectal benign polyp with pedicle,it has the advantages of short operation time,less intraoperative bleeding volume,simple operation and low incidence of complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
