摘要
随着我国工业化进程的不断推进,土木工程领域迎来蓬勃发展,对理论研究、工程设计、施工技术和管理水平提出更高要求,实践教学是新工科背景下培养土木工程领域人才的重要方法,具有新的内容和具体要求。应对传统实践教学体系在新时代背景下暴露出的问题,需要对实践教学方法提出创新改革:将土木工程专业学生创新精神与实践能力培养同OBE教育理念实施方法论相结合,制定合理教学方案和评价指标;转变教育思想,更新教育观念,积极引导学生主动参与教学环节,激发学生的创新潜力,在教学过程中应该更加重视实训环节;更新实践教学体系,结合CDIO工程教育模式进行改革,构建以项目教学为核心的实践教学体系;顺应新时代发展趋势,积极对教育体系提出优化改革,培养创新意识强,实践能力高的新工科人才。
With the continuous advancement of China’s industrialization process,the field of civil engineering ushered in vigorous development,putting forward higher requirements for theoretical research,engineering design,construction technology and management level.Practical teaching is an important method to cultivate talents in the field of civil engineering under the background of new engineering with new content and specific requirements.In response to the problems exposed by the traditional practical teaching system in the new era,it is necessary to put forward innovative reform of practical teaching methods:Combine the cultivation of innovative spirit and practical ability of civil engineering students with the implementation methodology of OBE education concept,and formulate reasonable teaching programs and evaluation indicators;Change the educational thought,update the educational concept,actively guide the students to take the initiative to participate in the teaching process,stimulate the students’innovation potential,pay more attention to the practical training link in the teaching process;Update the practical teaching system,reform the CDIO engineering education model,and build a practical teaching system with project teaching as the core.Only by adapting to the development trend of the new era and actively proposing the optimization and reform of the education system can we cultivate new engineering talents with strong sense of innovation and high practical ability.
