高职院校国际化人才评价指标体系研究——基于湖南11所高职院校的问卷调查分析

摘要 本研究以终身教育理论和胜任力素质模型为基础,对湖南11所高职院校的问卷调查数据进行分析,构建了以基本素养、身心素质、发展素养三个维度为一级指标和30个国际化人才特征为观测点的高职院校国际化人才评价指标。根据评价指标对高职院校国际化人才培养提出建议:以立德树人为根本任务,将思政教育贯穿国际化人才培养;建立国际化师资队伍,提升教师教学水平;依托专业国际化认证,构建与国际化接轨的课程体系;加强国际交流与合作,优化人才培养环境。 Based on the theory of lifelong education and the competency quality model,this study analyzes the questionnaire data of 11 higher vocational institutions in Hunan and constructs an evaluation index of internationalized talents in higher vocational institutions with three dimensions of basic quality,physical and mental quality and developmental quality as the first-level indicators and 30 internationalized talents'characteristics as the observation points.Based on the evaluation indexes,suggestions are made for the cultivation of internationalized talents in higher vocational institutions:to make moral education a fundamental task,to integrate the ideological education into the cultivation of internationalized talents;to establish an internationalized teaching team and improve the teaching level of teachers;to build a curriculum system in line with internationalization by relying on the international certification of majors;to strengthen international exchange and cooperation and to optimize the environment for the cultivation of talents.
