摘要
增进高校毕业生的可雇佣能力是当前提升其就业质量的根本途径。本文的目的在于揭示大学生可雇佣能力的结构,并分析其与不同岗位提供者需求之间的契合程度,从而寻找造成高校毕业生供需矛盾的微观原因。本文首先验证了高校毕业生可雇佣能力是一个包含5个高阶因素和15个一阶因素的多层次心理结构;然后在霍兰德职业模型分析框架下,将高校毕业生可雇佣能力与6种典型岗位需求进行对照,分析了两者间的契合度。结果显示:我国高校毕业生可雇佣能力存在"结构性"不适用,与传统型和现实型职位需求的契合度较高,与艺术型和企业型职位需求的契合度最低;在专业知识运用与创新、组织协调能力与领导技能两个高阶因素上发展迟滞是造成高校毕业生就业市场供需矛盾的主要原因。
A fundamental approach to improve employment rate of college graduates is increasing their employability.The purpose of this study is to reveal the employability structure of graduates,as well as the fitness to employers' demands of different job positions.Then the microcosmic reasons for contradiction between graduate supply and employer demand will be explored.The structure of graduates' employability was turned out to be a multi-level model consisting of 5 high-order factors and 15 first-order factors.In addition,the fitness between employability of college graduates and employers' demands of six typical positions were evaluated under the analytical framework of Holland occupation model.The result showed that constructive unfitness was found and graduates' employability fitted better for conventional and reality occupation,while fitted worse for artistic and enterprising type.A main reason for contradiction between supply and demand was graduates' development lag on two important higher-order factors,"professional knowledge usage and innovation" and "work negotiation and leadership."
