摘要
目的:分析整体手术护理对腹腔镜下胆囊切除术后患者的干预效果。方法:选取2019年7月—2020年7月广西医科大学第一附属医院收治的胆囊结石患者80例为观察对象,均行腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上联合整体手术护理干预。比较两组患者手术指标与护理质量。结果:观察组术中出血量少于对照组,手术时间、术后排气时间、术后下床时间、总住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组患者健康教育、基础护理、病情观察、专科护理、检查指导评分均升高,观察组评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:整体手术护理对腹腔镜下胆囊切除术后患者的干预效果显著,缩短手术时间、术后排气时间、术后下床时间、总住院时间,减少术中出血量,提高护理质量。
Objective:To analyze the intervention effect of holistic surgical nursing on patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods:From July 2019 to July 2020,80 patients with gallbladder stones admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University were selected as observation objects,all of whom underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was combined with overall surgical nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The surgical indicators and nursing quality were compared between the two groups.Results:The intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the operation time,postoperative exhaust time,postoperative out-of-bed time,and total hospitalization time were all shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of health education,basic nursing care,condition observation,specialized nursing care,and inspection guidance in the two groups all increased,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Holistic surgical nursing has a significant intervention effect on patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy,shortening operation time,postoperative exhaust time,postoperative ambulation time,and total hospitalization time,reducing intraoperative blood loss,and improving nursing quality.
