摘要
目的探讨行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的中老年患者采用责任制护理联合针对性健康教育干预对其预后的影响。方法以2021年1~12月徐州医科大学附属徐州市立医院收治的108例行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的中老年患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为照组和观察组。对照组54例患者给予常规护理,观察组54例患者在常规护理的基础上给予责任制护理联合针对性健康教育干预。比较2组的康复情况、并发症发生情况及生活质量。结果观察组的首次下床活动时间、首次肛门排气时间及首次经口进食时间均早于对照组(P均<0.05),术后住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。相比于对照组的并发症总发生率(24.07%),观察组更低(7.41%,P<0.05)。出院时,2组的健康调查量表36(SF-36)各维度评分均高于入院时(P均<0.05),且观察组的SF-36各维度评分均高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论对行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的中老年患者实施责任制护理联合针对性健康教育干预,可加快康复进程,提升生活质量,并降低并发症发生风险。
Objective To investigate the effect of responsibility nursing combined with targeted health education intervention on the prognosis of middle-aged and elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods A total of 108 middle-aged and elderly patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy at Xuzhou Municipal Hospital Affiliated to Xuzhou Medical University from January to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were assigned into a control group and an observation group by using a random number table.The 54 patients in the control group were given routine nursing,while the 54 patients in the observation group were given responsibility nursing combined with targeted health education intervention on the basis of the routine nursing.The rehabilitation,complications,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The time of first getting out of bed,time of first anal exhaust,time of first oral feeding,and length of postoperative hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The overall incidence of complications in the observation group was 7.41%,which was lower compared with 24.07%in the control group(P<0.05).At discharge,the scores of each dimension of the 36-Item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36)in the two groups were higher than those at admission(all P<0.05),and the scores of each dimension of the SF-36 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of responsibility nursing combined with targeted health education intervention can speed up the recovery process of middle-aged and elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy,improve their quality of life,and reduce their risk of complications.
