摘要
探讨综合护理干预在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中对患者康复效果的影响。选取96例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组48例。对照组在围术期采取常规护理干预,观察组在围术期采取综合护理干预,对比两组患者术后恢复情况、并发症发生率及对综合护理干预的满意率。观察组术后恢复各项指标均显著优于对照组,并发症发生率显著低于对照组,护理满意率显著高于对照组,各项指标差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。综合护理干预可以促进腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的康复,减少术后并发症发生率,提高患者对手术治疗的满意率。
The study explores the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patient rehabilitation in laparoscopic cholecystectomy.96 patients are randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 48 patients in each group.Control group receive perioperative routine nursing intervention,and observation group receive perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention.Postoperative recovery situation,complication occurrence rate and the satisfaction rate of comprehensive nursing intervention of two groups are compared.Various index after operation are significantly better,complication rate is significantly lower,and nursing satisfaction rate of observation group is significantly higher than control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Comprehensive nursing intervention can promote the recovery of patients under laparoscopic cholecystectomy,reduce postoperative complication occurrence rate,and improve patients’satisfaction of operation.
