摘要
培育外语学习者的国家意识关涉青年群体的国家认同感和国家话语权的建构,对新时代外语传播人才的培养具有重要意义。国家意识在我国外语教育中主要表征为“具有中国情怀,传播中国文化”、“具有国际视野,讲好中国故事”以及“具有批判精神,善于互学互鉴”三个方面。国家意识的外语表征与修辞能力的培养比较契合,因此将修辞能力纳入外语教育规划,并构建以修辞能力为导向的外语教学模式,可助推学习者的国家意识培育,亦符合新时代外语人才培养理念。
Cultivating the national consciousness of foreign language learners is involved in the construction of national identify and national discourse power,which is of great significance to the cultivation of foreign language communication talents in the new era.National consciousness in Chinese foreign language education is mainly represented by three aspects:“spreading Chinese culture with a sense of being Chinese” “telling Chinese stories well with international vision” and “being good at mutual learning with critical minds”.These representations conform well to rhetorical competence.Hence this paper contends that constructing rhetorical competence-oriented foreign language teaching models can help cultivate learners' national consciousness and accord appropriately with the concept of foreign language education in the new era.
