摘要
对全级次供应商差异化管控模式进行了研究,强化“以质量为中心”的航天型号全级次供应商管理,以纵向到底、横向到边实施“两图两表”数据梳理,做到“三个清楚”,并在此基础上按照风险产品、风险供应商、管理风险3维25要素风险识别方法建立全级次风险清单,实施“监制式”“帮扶式”“穿透式”差异化管控,打造和培育健康安全的航天型号供应链,为航天型号“高质量保证成功”提供了有力支撑。
The differentiation control mode of all level suppliers is studied,in which it strengthens the quality-centered management of full-level suppliers of aerospace projects,with two figures and two tables of data combing from vertical to the end and horizontally to the edge,so as to achieve the three-clear.It establishes a full-level risk list according to the three dimensional 25 elements of risk products,risk suppliers and management risks,implement helping,supervising and penetrating differentiated management mode,building and cultivating a healthy and safe aerospace model supply chain,which provides a strong support for the success of high-quality assurance of aerospace models.
