摘要
圆渐开线是涡旋压缩机领域最常使用的涡旋型线,具有便于加工、性能优越的特点,广泛应用于矿山机械、发动机增压等领域。通过对涡旋式空气压缩机动涡旋盘进行结构参数化建模分析,深入研究了圆渐开线涡旋型线的几何性能,揭示了压缩腔内部容积变化规律,并通过去除材料法实现了动涡旋盘的静平衡修正,为涡旋式空气压缩机设计优化和合理使用提供了参考。
Circular involute is the most commonly used scroll profile in the field of scroll compressors.It has the characteristics of easy processing and superior performance,and is widely used in mining machinery,engine pressurization and other fields.In this paper,through the structural parametric modelling and analysis of the moving scroll plate of the scroll air compressor,the geometric performance of the circular involute scroll profile is deeply studied,and the variation law of the internal volume of compression chamber is revealed.The static balance correction of the orbiting scroll is realized by the material removal method,which provides a reference for the design optimization and rational use of the scroll air compressor.
