摘要
馕坑内部的温度均匀性和温升快慢是实现节能环保的瓶颈。针对不同馕坑结构引起的温度场问题,对馕坑结构参数化建模和热学特性进行了分析。首先,考虑三种不同的馕坑内胆几何形状:抛物线、圆弧曲线、椭圆曲线,建立了馕坑结构参数化几何模型;其次,根据生产实际设计了馕坑内胆的加工工艺;最后,通过ANSYS软件,在不同加热源工况下对三种馕坑进行了有限元热学分析,得到了三种馕坑的温度分布云图。分析结果表明:电热管加热馕坑的热学特性较好,为馕坑结构参数优化和节能环保提供了依据。
The temperature uniformity and the speed of temperature rise in nang-pit is the bottleneck of energy conservation and environmental protection.Aiming at the problem of temperature field caused by different structures of nang-pits,the parametric design and thermal characteristics of nang-pit structure are analyzed and studied.Firstly,three different shapes of parabola,arc curve and elliptic curve of the inner tank of nang-pit are considered,and the parametric geometric model of nang-pit structure is established.Secondly,the processing technology of nang-pit liner is designed according to the actual production.Finally,the finite element thermal analysis of three kinds of nang-pits are carried out by ANSYS under different heating source conditions,and the temperature cloud diagrams of three kinds of nang-pits are obtained.The results of analysis indicates that the thermal characteristics of the electric heating tube nang-pit is superior,which provides a basis for the optimization of the parameters of the nang-pit and energy conservation and environmental protection.
