摘要
以老官山天回医简所载“女子病”为研究对象,运用文献研究、比较研究及跨学科研究等方法,挖掘其包含的早期辨证思想特点如下:(1)病症种类丰富,涉及经、带、胎、产及女子杂病;(2)命名方法多样,如按症状特征命名、按病机命名及综合命名;(3)运用“以病为纲”的叙述方式,首列病名,次述症状,再谈病因病机、预后调摄,重视四诊合参,体现出对病症认识的全面性及整体性;(4)治疗方法众多,以复方内服为主,还涉及外治法及少数祝由内容;(5)方剂运用的基本要素趋于完备成熟,包括据所治病症命名,药物组成、剂量、制备方法、服药时间、次数,及药后调护、食忌及预期效果等;(6)用药总体以辛温为主,少数采取寒温并用,反映了当时学术上对人体阳气的重视。
Taking the original text of"women's disease"contained in the Tianhui medical bamboo slips of Han dynasty tomb in Laoguanshan as the research object,using the methods of literature research,comparative research and interdisciplinary research,to explore its early thought of syndrome differentiation.The characteristics are as follows:①There are many kinds of diseases,including menstrual diseases,vaginal discharge diseases,production diseases and women's miscellaneous diseases.②There are various naming methods,such as according to symptom characteristics,pathogenesis and comprehensive naming.③Using the narrative method of‘taking disease as the outline',the name of the disease is listed frst,the symptoms are described next,and then the etiology,pathogenesis and prognosis are discussed,and the combination of the four diagnoses are emphasized.The above reflects the comprehensiveness and integrity of the understanding of the disease.④There are many therapeutic methods,mainly compound oral administration,but also involve external treatment and a few superstitions.⑤The basic elements of prescription application tend to be complete and mature,including naming according to the disease to be treated,drug composition,dosage,preparation method,time and frequency of taking medicine,post-treatment care,food prevention,and expected effect,etc..⑥In general,the drug is mainly used for xinwen,and a few use both cold and hot natured drugs simultaneously,which reflectes the academic emphasis on yang qi at that time.
